Matt is a great person to get to know. He is personable and made himself available for us when we needed for showings. He did not rush us through the house buying process or showings at any time. He was patient. When looking at houses, there weren't many options given to us (I know that was partially because of the market at the time, and our budget) but there were many houses that we searched around for and asked to go look at, because the suggestions given to us were slim, inconsistent, and not what our preference. There were times we wouldn't be given an new suggested showing for 1/2 weeks at a time. When we looked at the houses, I feel as if he didn't know the background of the houses, time period they were built, or neighborhood they were built in.
